Stereotype Ltd is pleased to offer a new document modification service

Documents can include academic examination papers, assignments, training materials, handouts, letters and CVs.

Costs are based on an hourly rate of £40 per hour, i.e. the number of hours required to prepare a modified version. Documents of an unusual or very technical nature may require interim discussion to clarify the nature or intention of the original. Such discussions may be conducted by email or by telephone which ever is preferred.

All work will be undertaken in confidence and no discussion will take place concerning the documents other than with the persons specified.

Our modification staff are experienced and professional with relevant experience of document modification and the requirements of deaf and hearing impaired people.

Documents should be supplied in Word (.doc) or plain text (.txt) formats, accompanied by form docmod1.doc

Documents will be returned using the MS Word Track Changes facility, unless specified otherwise by either the customer or us.

Stereotype Ltd will meet reasonable deadlines but cannot accept documents that have a deadline of less than two weeks after receipt. At busy times such as prior to examination periods you are advised to ring 01298 871100 or email info@stereotypenotetakingsoftware.com to check availability.

To modify a document for use by an individual it would be helpful to receive a short, word-processed copy of a piece of his or her own original writing.
