The following electronic note-taker training courses are now available

Stereotype Ltd will deliver electronic and manual note-taking courses at an institution's premises. The host institution will be responsible for recruiting suitable personnel. Prices shown include cost of materials and training personnel and are for between 1-12 candidates. Prices do not include cost of accommodation and travel expenses for training personnel.

Stereotype one day ENT basic skills
with Stereotype certificate of attendance

One day of basic skills including:

• Principles of taking notes for deaf and hearing impaired people.
  
• Stereotype software and electronic note-taking techniques.
  

This course will include feedback and advice throughout the day but will not include any assessment.

Pre-requisites for this course:

• Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
  
• Good standard of English grammar and spelling.

The cost for this course is £300 plus travel and accommodation expenses for two trainers.

Stereotype training courses use the Stereotype Sender software. For hosting institutions that do not have the appropriate Stereotype software licences, a charge for supplying software will be made. This cost is £750 per annum PLUS £20 per candidate when a course is run. This enables the hosting institution to use the Stereotype software for an unlimited number of courses in one year. The annual charge for training software also applies to institutions that use their own trainers but wish to use the Stereotype software as the basis for their courses.

Stereotype three day professional ENT skills and techniques
with endorsed Stereotype certificate of attendance

This three day course includes:

• Principles of ENT (1 day)
• Professional information and Techniques (2 days).

The course also includes Stereotype assessment and feedback.

Pre-requisites for this course:

• Typing speed of 60 wpm
  
• Good standard of English grammar and spelling.

The cost for this course is £1000 plus travel and accommodation expenses for two trainers.

This cost is £750 per annum PLUS £20 per candidate when a course is run. This enables the hosting institution to use the Stereotype software for an unlimited number of courses in one year. The host institution/organisation is to provide necessary hardware and a suitable teaching environment.
